Where did the P&L come from?

Separate the position, the hedge and the cost of being there.

02 / COMPONENTS

A result, taken apart.

Cumulative P&L / USD

Your assumptions. Your attribution.

Configure a position and a price path.
We will reconcile every component to the net result.

03 / PRICE PATH

Follow the path. Inspect each step.

Enter a price and the fees earned and costs incurred since the previous step.

No price steps yet. Add your first observation to begin.

Fees are entered cash amounts, never estimated from price. Up to 100 steps. No assumed time interval or annualized return.

THE MODEL / TRANSPARENT BY DESIGN

Simple enough to inspect.
Specific enough to question.

This is a 50/50, full-range constant-product scenario model. It assumes continuous arbitrage to each entered price and a quote asset worth USD 1.

It does not model concentrated liquidity, changing pool liquidity, slippage, margin liquidation or depegs. Hedge collateral is outside the initial LP capital. No total-strategy ROI is shown.

Read the invariant reference ↗

Price ratior = price / initial price

LP value before feesV × √r

Holding valueV × (1 + r) / 2

Net attributionHold P&L + LP difference
+ short P&L + fees − costs

V is initial LP capital in USD. LP difference equals LP value minus holding value. Fees remain separate cash; they do not change the reserve invariant here.

BEYOND A SINGLE EXPERIMENT

Shared methods need a shared record.

Hedge Marmot’s proposed application token would support portable access to attribution templates and record contributions to shared price-path experiments across cooperating apps. The goal is to carry template access and contribution history between tools, without requiring a token for local calculations.

This service design is not connected. No token has been issued. No financial rights, rewards or returns are promised. Real LP deployment, trading and automated hedging are not available.

COLLABORATIVE REPORT

SOON

Publishing a shared report requires a connected collaboration service. Portable template access and contribution records are still a proposed design.
